This site does not require you to create an account, and we do not maintain a general customer database through this website.

Information We Collect

• Contact form submissions: name, company, phone number, email address, the service you are inquiring about, your message, and your preferred contact method.
• Technician reviews: a star rating, optional written review, and an optional name you choose to provide.
• Automatically collected information: to prevent abuse, we retain a one-way cryptographic hash of the IP address associated with a submission (never the raw IP address) and a truncated browser user-agent string. Neither can be used to reverse your original IP address.

How We Use Information

We use the information above only to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a service request, moderate and, if approved, publicly display a technician review, and to detect and prevent spam or abusive submissions.

Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish human visitors from automated bots on our forms, and an authenticated email provider to deliver notification emails triggered by this site (for example, when you submit the contact form). These providers process the minimum data necessary to perform that function and do not receive your information for any other purpose from us.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a limited period (currently 180 days) before being permanently deleted, unless a submission has already been handled and archived by our team as part of an ongoing service relationship. Approved technician reviews are retained as public content until removed at our discretion or upon a verified request from the reviewer.

Your Rights

You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted through this site by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
